This international congress frames  in the European project ERN4mob - European Rural Network was Job Mobility, pertaining to the program Europe with the Citizens 2014-2020 that has like main aim connect to the people of different countries of the European Union and further of the Union that live jointly in the same local communities, to sensitise about his values and common needs, as well as to promote the empoderamento of his social differences and multiculturales, through the creation of a network of rural municipalities Europeans for the labour mobility that work in favour of the social and labour integration of the citizenship, with the end to attain an intelligent growth, sustainable and integrador of the rural Europe 2020.

The City council of Vimianzo, leader of the initiative, wants to finalise the project that gave beginning in January of 2016 organising this international event that receive to the different social actors involved in the migrations and promoting the participation of the other European partners (Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Italy and Slovakia).

The University of A Coruña (UDC) collaborates with the organisation of this International Congress through the Team of Sociology of the Migrations Interancionais (ESOMI - www.esomi.es), group of expert investigation in matter of migrations, rooted in the Faculty of Sociology.
